As an American with Venezuelan heritage, Carolina knows very well the consequences of socialism. She was first elected to the Florida House in 2022 and represents District 45. Carolina is a strong voice for your freedoms and rights. She works tirelessly with Governor Ron DeSantis to lower taxes, improve healthcare, and protect our tourism industry. Before being elected as State Representative, she was involved in several political campaigns on a local and national level.

She has immensely supported all efforts to continue the growth of sound leadership in the State of Florida. Carolina believes that limited government is a primary source for reducing taxes and improving the quality of life for all Floridians. As State Representative, she promotes legislation that will place the power back in the people's hands.

Carolina's passion is to uplift and serve the community. She believes education is the fundamental element of a healthy society. She stands firm on the importance of political and economic freedom, limited government, separation of powers, federalism, and the rights of the people to secure prosperous communities. As an educator, business owner, State Representative, and woman of faith, she works tirelessly to ensure a prosperous community for all.

Carolina graduated from the University of Central Florida in Political Science and continued her Graduate Studies in International Relations and Business Administration.
